The MDE DS XL series is specially designed for high-speed denesting of multiple trays, punnets, or other product carriers simultaneously. The integrated servo technology allows for precise and synchronized placement of the product above almost any conveyor or input chain.

The MDE DS XL series denesters is an advanced denester that is capable of denesting not only plastic containers with a rim, but also able to denest cardboard product carriers without a rim. Through the integration of smart adjustments and simple tool changes per track, this denester can handle a wide range of formats and product types.

The compact design allows this denester to be mounted above almost any discharge point. Standard integration of the 7" touchscreen unlocks the ability to work with extensive recipes. Speeds of up to 80 cycles per minute. Available in various track configurations.
