High speed weighing and combining
Our product weighing & combining robotic cells are capable of accurately weighing products at high speeds and combining a certain number of them to a joint target weight
By the application of high-tech vision technology, this machine is able to recognize the shape of the product and optionally perform a quality assessment. A set of delta robots ensure that the correct products are combined into a correct (number, weight and quality) end product. The flexible output conveyor makes it easy to connect to the desired packaging machine, such as shrink wrap or flow wrap packaging.
By integrating the optional scales and denester, it is even possible to pack the products on a carrier, all at a speed of up to 120 p/min.
