THE MDE VDS SERIES DE-NESTER
De-nesting of a wide variety of trays and punnets
Our denesters are capable of stacking and single-filing containers such as trays, punnets, and other types of product carriers in a controlled and fast manner.
The VDS series denesters are a budget-friendly entry-level denester that is capable of denesting not only plastic/thermoformed trays with rim but also able to denest cardboard trays without rim. By integrating smart adjustments and easy changeover tooling per lane, this denester can handle a wide range of sizes and product types.
The compact design allows this unstacker to be mounted above virtually any belt position. Optional integration of the touchscreen unlocks the possibility to work with extensive recipes. Speeds up to 15 trays per minute, per lane. Available in single and double lane configuration.
